1. That any license issued by Platte County shall not be effective until a license has been granted by the Supervisor of Liquor Control of the State of Missouri, and until a license has been granted by the municipality in which the business is located.

2. The County of Platte may revoke the license granted hereunder at any time upon proper showing of any violation by Applicant or Applicant’s employees of any law of the State of Missouri or of any ordinance or regulation of any municipality in which said business is located concerning the sale of intoxicating liquors or non-intoxicating beer.

3. That if ownership or type of license for business changes, Applicant will apply for a new license, as old license will become void at that time.

4. That upon relocation of business, Applicant shall place an address change with the County Clerk's Office.

5. That Applicant shall not be entitled to any refund of any part of the license fee paid.

A paid receipt will be mailed for your records.
